Nexternal's order processing capability is spot on perfect. I love it. The storefront side is very smooth. I've watched over the shoulder of some customers as they've gone through the process and it's worked very well.
As for customer service, our Nexternal contact is brilliant! I feel so lucky to have her she's answers the phone often when I call and either has the answer or gets back to me quickly with a resolution.

Since switching to Nexternal, our ecommerce sales went from 60% to 99% of overall orders almost overnight! I am certain that this was the result of the much better store front presentation and the ease of use of the shopping cart! That increase means that the transcription errors that often accompany phone orders no longer occur, and our office staff spends more time developing the business instead of answering the phones.
For many years, I knew the improvements that I wanted for my company's online store site. I looked on the internet on a regular basis to find a system that was flexible and easy to use. That combination is quite unusual. Most store sites require you to follow their pattern precisely and force you to change your store to fit their pattern, even if it makes the ordering process very complicated. I actually clicked over to the Nexternal Solutions home page before I finished my order because I was so happy to finally have the criteria that our company really needed.
Because of my Account Executive's kind voice and patience, I was able to work though the process of setting up a new store on Nexternal Solutions. Our company will always be thankful for her help because she made it possible for us to grow. We are truly proud of our new e-commerce store.
