At present, we can only ship orders within the United States.

Within contiguous United States (not including Alaska & Hawaii)

Customer shall pay $9.95 for standard shipping (you should receive your order within 3-5 business days) for all orders below $90.00 U.S. Dollars (“USD”). For all orders totaling $90.00 USD or greater, standard shipping costs are waived. If Customer would like express shipping service via UPS, customer shall pay the list cost for this service.

Alaska & Hawaii

Customer shall pay $15.00 surcharge for standard shipping (you should receive your order within 3-5 business days) for all orders regardless of total. If Customer would like express shipping service via UPS, customer shall pay the list cost for this service.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Nutramax Laboratories, Inc. ("Nutramax Laboratories", "we", "us" or "our") web sites that post a link to this Privacy Policy (however accessed and/or used, whether via personal computers, mobile devices or otherwise) and other interactive features that are accessible or downloadable through those web sites (collectively, the "Web Sites"). This Privacy Policy only covers information collected at the Web Sites and does not cover any information collected at any other web site or offline by Nutramax Laboratories (unless specifically stated). 1. What Type of Information is Collected and How Do We Use It?

Information You Provide Us: We may ask you to provide information such as: personal information, which is information that could reasonably be used to identify you personally, such as your name, address, e-mail address, credit card number, telephone and fax number; and demographic information, such as gender, zip code, or similar information. You may also be asked certain questions about you or your business, which will help Nutramax Laboratories to better meet your needs and respond to your inquiries on various Nutramax Laboratories products and services. We may collect information at various places and forms on the Web Sites.

We will use the information we collect from you on the Web Sites to:

  • Send you newsletters, e-mails and/or other communications for which you have registered;
  • Authorize or decline a new account request (e.g., for the MyVetPort or MyMedPort);
  • Contact you regarding an order you have placed;
  • Authorize a purchase or complete a transaction that you have requested (e.g., to deliver the products or other services that you ordered);
  • Contact you regarding a sweepstakes, contest or promotion in which you have participated;
  • Monitor and statistically analyze usage of the Web Sites and to improve the Web Sites and/or product offerings;
  • Administer the Web Sites' systems and for other internal business purposes;
  • Contact you about the Web Sites, including, without limitation, in our discretion to notify you of changes to this Privacy Policy, the Web Sites' Terms of Use, or other policies that affect your use of the Web Sites;

"Contact Us": Please note that information submitted to the Web Sites via the "Contact Us" form or other similar feature on the Web Sites may not receive a response. We will not use the information you provide to contact you for marketing purposes unrelated to your submission, although we may contact you regarding your submission.

Send to a Friend: If you send a friend a communication from one of the Web Sites, the information you provide (e.g., names, e-mail addresses, etc.) is used on a one-time basis to facilitate and confirm the communication and is not used for any other marketing purpose, unless otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

Information from Other Sources: We may receive information about you from other sources; for example, we may obtain geographic or demographic information or information regarding your possible interests from third parties, or we may receive information from a marketing partner in connection with a co-branded web site or promotion. We may use this information for a variety of purposes, including to enhance our ability to serve you and to tailor content and ads we serve to you. We may combine the information we receive from those other sources with information we collect through the Web Sites. In those cases, we will apply this Privacy Policy to any personal information received, unless otherwise specifically disclosed by us at the time you provide your personal information.

Web Site Usage Information & Device Identifiers: We may receive and store certain types of usage information whenever you visit or interact with the Web Sites. For example, we may collect information about the page served, the time spent on a page, the source and terms used to request or find a page, the type of browser making the request, the preceding and subsequent page viewed and other similar information. We may also collect your IP address or some other unique identifier for the particular device you use to access the internet, as applicable (collectively referred to as a "Device Identifier"). A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer, your cell phone, or other device used to access the internet, and our computers identify your device by its Device Identifier. We may associate your Device Identifier with other information you provide. When analyzed, Web Site usage information helps us determine how visitors arrive at the Web Sites, what type of content is most popular, what type of content you may find most relevant, and what type of visitors are interested in particular kinds of content and advertising.

Cookies: Our web pages may utilize cookies, which are small data files placed and possibly stored on your computer (or other Internet-accessing device) when you visit a web site. A cookie file can contain various information, such as a user ID that identifies your computer or browser to the Web Sites. Cookies may be used for many purposes, including, without limitation, as a mechanism for creating a user "session," tracking a user as he or she moves among pages of the Web Sites, or to identify a user in a database. If you do not want to allow information to be collected through the use of cookies, you can generally opt out of providing this information by setting your browser to reject cookies. Web Beacons: The Web Sites and our e-mail messages may also utilize web beacons, pixel tags or similar technologies (as they become available), which are small graphic images or other web programming code (also known as "1x1 GIFs" or "clear GIFs") that allow monitoring and collection of information about the user of a web page, web-based document or message sent by the Web Sites, such as their browser type. Web beacons may be invisible to you, but any electronic image or other web programming code inserted into a web page or e-mail can act as a web beacon. Web beacons and similar technologies may be used for a variety of purposes, including, without limitation, to serve users with relevant content at the Web Sites, count Web Site visitors and monitor Web Site traffic patterns.

Scripts: Our Web Sites may use programming code that collects information about a users interactions with the Web Sites, such as what pages are visited, how many times they are visited and for how long. This code is downloaded onto your computer from our web server or a third party service provider, is active only while you are connected to the Web Sites, and is deactivated thereafter.

Mobile Device Identifiers: Certain mobile service providers uniquely identify mobile devices and we or our third-party service providers may receive such device information if you access the Web Sites through mobile devices. Certain features of the Web Sites may require collection of mobile phone numbers and we may associate that phone number to mobile device identification information. Additionally, some mobile phone service providers operate systems that pinpoint the physical location of devices that use their service. Depending on the provider, we and our third-party service providers may receive this information.

2. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties.

We may share the information we have collected about you, including personally identifiable information, as disclosed in this Privacy Policy, as otherwise set forth at the time you provide your information, and in the circumstances described below:

Legal Protections and Law Enforcement: Nutramax Laboratories may disclose your information, including personally identifiable information, by compulsion of law, in response to a court or administrative order, regulation, search warrant, subpoena, discovery request or other valid law enforcement measure, to comply with a legal obligation, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing the Web Sites and applicable laws, or to protect the legal rights, interests, or safety of the Web Sites, our users or others. We may also use Device Identifiers to identify users, and may do so in cooperation with copyright owners, internet service providers, wireless service providers or law enforcement agencies in our discretion. Such disclosures may be carried out without notice to you.

Third Parties Providing Services on Our Behalf: We employ third parties to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include hosting or operating the Web Sites, processing and/or fulfilling orders for products purchased through the Web Sites, sending e-mail and/or other communications, maintaining customer and user information and databases, and credit card payment processing. These third parties may have access to your personal information in connection with performing such functions.

Sweepstakes, Contests and Promotions: We may offer sweepstakes, contests and other promotions through the Web Sites that may require registration. If you choose to enter a sweepstakes, contest or other promotion, your personal information may be disclosed to third parties in connection with the administration of such promotion, including, without limitation, in connection with winner selection, prize fulfillment, and as required by law, such as on a winners list. Also, by entering a promotion, you are agreeing to the official rules that govern that promotion, which may contain specific requirements of you, including, except where prohibited by law, allowing the sponsor(s) of the promotion to use your name, voice and/or likeness in advertising or marketing associated with the promotion.

Business Transfers: Nutramax Laboratories may share the information collected through the Web Sites with and among its affiliates and divisions. If Nutramax Laboratories transfers any of its business, either by selling its assets, merging, consolidating, reorganizing, by a stock sale or other sales transaction in which Nutramax Laboratories effectively transfers all or a portion of its business, or other corporate change (including, without limitation, during the course of any due diligence process), Nutramax Laboratories reserves the right to disclose and transfer its assets, including, without limitation, the Web Sites, user information, and its customer and sales files.

EEOC/Affirmative Action Reporting: In conjunction with laws and regulations enforced by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC"), the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs ("OFCCP") and similar state and local regulatory agencies, we may ask you to provide us with self-identifying information, such as veteran status, gender and ethnicity. Providing such self-identifying information is voluntary, but if you do provide us with such information, we may submit that information to the EEOC, the OFCCP and similar state and local regulatory agencies for business-related purposes, including, but not limited to responding to information requests, fulfilling regulatory reporting requirements and defending against employment-related complaints.

Non-Personal Information: Nutramax Laboratories may also provide third parties with non-personal information, such as aggregate information regarding users of the Web Sites, demographic information, and Web Site usage information. For example, third parties may have access to information regarding the number of unique page requests, unique users of our Web Sites and aggregate information on the types of activities users conducted while on our Web Sites.

3. Third-Party Ad Serving and Traffic Analysis and Measurement Services.

The Web Sites may use third party network advertisers to serve advertisements on the Web Sites and may use a traffic measurement service to analyze traffic on the Web Sites. Network advertisers are third parties that display advertisements on the Web Sites, which may be based on your visits to the Web Sites and other web sites you have visited. Third-party ad serving enables us to target advertisements to you for products and services in which you might be interested. The Web Sites' third party ad network providers, the advertisers, and/or traffic measurement services may themselves set and access their own cookies on your computer if you choose to have cookies enabled in your browser. These cookies are set to, among other things, help deliver advertisements to you that you might be interested in, to prevent you from seeing the same advertisements too many times and to conduct research regarding the usefulness of certain advertisements to you. Note that any images (or any other parts of a web page) served by third parties in association with cookies may serve as web beacons, which enable third parties to carry out the previously described activities. These types of cookies and web beacons are governed by each third party's specific privacy policy, not this one. Although we may use a variety of companies to serve advertisements and provide other services on the Web Sites, you may wish to visit http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp , which provides information regarding the "opt-out" procedures of certain third party ad servers.

4. Security for Personally Identifiable Information.

Nutramax Laboratories uses reasonable efforts to protect and secure your personal information against unauthorized access. Please remember that the security measures taken are not foolproof; no web site can guarantee that personally identifiable information will be protected in all situations. Therefore, Nutramax Laboratories can only state that it will make a reasonable effort to protect from unauthorized access the information that you provide. All information you transmit to Nutramax Laboratories via the Web Sites is at your own risk.

5. Updating/Correcting Your Personal Information and Contacting Nutramax Laboratories.

The Web Sites may contain web pages through which you can change your preferences or update the personal information you have provided to us through the Web Sites. If you register to receive e-mail from a Nutramax division , you may unsubscribe by following the instructions provided to you in the applicable communication.

You can contact Nutramax Laboratories in order to: (i) update or correct the personally identifiable information that we store about you; or (ii) direct us to render inactive on our systems all personally identifiable information that refers or relates to you. We may be reached by telephone at 800-925-5187 or by filling out the "Contact Us" page. Please note that if you request us to render inactive personally identifiable information that you provided, we may still use aggregate non-personal information and some personally identifiable information that you provided may continue to reside on backup tapes and other non-active systems used for data restoration purposes. We will not manually delete personally identifiable information that you provided from such backup media and we will always reserve the right to communicate with you about changes to our policies.

6. The Web Sites Are General Audience Web Sites.

The Web Sites are general audience web sites. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children younger than the age of thirteen (13) on the Web Sites and we will delete any information later determined to be from a user younger than thirteen (13).

7. Consent to Transfer.

The Web Sites are operated in the United States. If you are located in the European Union, Canada or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By using the Web Sites or providing us with your information, you consent to this transfer.

8. User Names; Forums, Message Boards and Similar Pages.

You may be asked to choose a user name and password in order to identify yourself on the Web Sites. Some features of the Web Sites may allow you to post communications that will appear on the Web Sites for other visitors to view and your user name may appear in connection with those Web Site postings. For that reason, you may not want to use your real name or the name of any other actual person as your user name.

The Web Sites may make forums and message boards available to its users. All postings, including any personally identifiable information you choose to post or include, are publicly available and are not subject to this Privacy Policy. If you post personal information online, it will be publicly available and you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties. We cannot ensure the security of any information you choose to make public in a forum or message board. Also, we cannot ensure that parties who have access to such publicly available information will respect your privacy. Please exercise caution when disclosing personal information in these areas. Your use of forums and message boards is subject to our Terms of Use.

9. Third Party Content and Links to Other Web sites.

When you are on the Web Sites you may be directed to other web sites that are operated and controlled by third parties that are beyond our control. These other web sites may send their own cookies to you, independently collect data or solicit personal information and may or may not have their own published privacy policies. If you visit a web site that is linked from our Web Sites, you should consult that web site's privacy policy before providing any personal information.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy.

Nutramax Laboratories may change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting revisions to our Web Sites. However, Nutramax Laboratories will use your personal information in a manner consistent with the Privacy Policy in effect at the time you submitted the information, unless you consent to the new or revised policy.

Welcome to the Vet-EZ-Order store by Nutramax Laboratories, Inc.

Here is a brief overview of some of the features you can now use on the Vet-EZ-Order Store.

You can now Drop Ship when you order through Vet-E-Z Order.

Drop Shipping is now available through the Ship To (add new) feature. Just enter the quantity you want, and then choose who to ship it to.

By default, the order will ship to your address. However, if you would like to send an order to an alternate address, click add new and then add to cart. A pop-up window will appear to add the person's/client's name. When you have finished shopping, click check out, and you will be asked to provide the "Ship To" person's address. CAUTION: If you cancel the order, you will need to re-enter the information.

You may add Drop Ship information under Additional Addresses before you begin to order by clicking on MyAccount/Reorder.

To update your account information, including changing your password click on edit under Contact Information.

Nutramax Direct Veterinary Returns

  1. Inspection and Returns at Delivery. Nutramax shipments (defined as products which veterinarian purchased from Nutramax and which were shipped from Nutramax to veterinarian) received by veterinarians must be inspected within ten (10) business days from the date of receipt from Nutramax to ensure that the contents of the shipments are correct and in good and saleable condition. In the event an order discrepancy or product damage is noted, the veterinarian must contact Nutramax via phone at 1-888-886-6442 within such ten (10) business days to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from Nutramax Customer Service Department. Nutramax Customer Service Representatives are available Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. Veterinarian will need to provide the following information:
    1. Product name, size and quantity to be returned
    2. Lot number(s) of product(s) to be returned
    3. Reason for return
    4. Copy of purchase invoice
    If the product was ordered incorrectly by clinic or if the clinic ordering personnel changed their mind after receiving the product, the clinic will need to ship product back to Nutramax. For all other orders Nutramax will pay for shipping once the RA number is obtained. The returned product will be picked up via UPS and should be sent to:

    • ATTN: Returns Processing
    • 1506 C Quarry Drive
    • Edgewood, MD 21040
    No returns will be accepted after the ten (10) business day time period without Nutramax’s issuance of a RA, in its sole discretion. Additionally, for product that has been damaged in shipment to veterinarian it is important that the box in which the product arrived in be retained and available for possible inspection by the freight company and/or Nutramax.
  2. Returns after Inspection Period(i.e. within 10 business days from the date of receipt of product from Nutramax) and up to 6 months prior to expiration of product. Nutramax shall, in its sole and absolute discretion, accept return of product from veterinarian that was purchased from Nutramax in the event that veterinarian has not been able to sell such product so long as the product is Saleable Product as defined in this Section 2.b. “Saleable Product” shall mean product that, in Nutramax’s determination:
    1. Has not been marked or adulterated in any way (i.e., price tags on product)
    2. Is in “good condition”, whereby “good condition” shall mean not opened or damaged, and where the product packaging has not been damaged, tampered with or broken
    3. Is in a sealed, original container, properly labeled and stored in a controlled environment
    4. Has at least 6 months of its shelf life remaining upon its return to Nutramax.
    Nutramax will not accept any returns from veterinarians for product that is not Saleable Product.

    If Nutramax accepts such return of Saleable Product, then Nutramax may, in its sole discretion, either issue a credit onto a credit card or send a replacement for the returned product, or an alternate product of similar value, if preferred, less a re-stocking fee, which may be 20% of the value of the return. If a credit onto a credit card is made, Nutramax shall only be obligated to credit the price the veterinarian paid for the product. All returns will follow similar policy seen in sub-section a. of Direct Veterinary Returns whereby a RA number is solicited. However, product will have to be returned at the expense of the veterinarian.
  3. Returns with less than 6 months of shelf life to 1 month prior to product expiration (Short Dated Product). Nutramax shall, in its sole and absolute discretion, accept return of product from veterinarian so long as the product is Saleable Product as defined in this Section 2.c. “Saleable Product” shall mean product that, in Nutramax’s determination:
    1. Has not been marked or adulterated in any way (i.e., price tags on product)
    2. Is in “good condition, whereby “good condition” shall mean not opened or damaged, and where the product packaging has not been damaged, tampered with or broken
    3. Is in a sealed, original container, properly labeled and stored in a controlled environment.
    4. Has less than 6 months but more than one month of its shelf life remaining upon its return to Nutramax.
    Nutramax will not accept any returns from veterinarians for product that is not Saleable Product.

    If Nutramax accepts such return of Saleable Product, then Nutramax may, in its sole discretion, either issue a credit onto a credit card or send a replacement for the returned product, or an alternate product of similar value, if preferred, less a re-stocking fee, which may be 40% of the value of the return, at Nutramax’s sole discretion. If a credit is made, Nutramax shall only be obligated to credit the veterinarian the price paid for the product less restocking fee. All returns will follow similar policy seen in sub-section a. of Direct Veterinary Returns whereby a RA number is solicited. However, product will have to be returned at the expense of the veterinarian.
  4. Outdated Returnable Product. Must be returned by the veterinarian to Nutramax to receive replacement product. Outdated Returnable Product is defined as the remaining shelf life of the product being within one (1) month of expiration and up to three (3) months following its date of expiration. Replacements will only be allowed on product in a sealed, original container, properly labeled and stored in a controlled environment. Returning veterinarian will need to obtain a RA number from Nutramax Customer Service Department. Nutramax Customer Service Representatives are available Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. Veterinarian must provide the following:
    1. Clinic name, address, and phone number
    2. Product name, size and quantity to be returned
    3. Lot number(s) of product(s) to be returned
    4. Reason for return
    No replacement will be issued if any of the following conditions apply:
    1. Products which are not within one (1) month of expiration or are more than three (3) months past the expiration date
    2. Products marked, coded, soiled, or adulterated in any way
    3. Open bottles/containers
    4. Products sold on a non-return basis
    5. Products provided free-of-charge as a promotional incentive
    6. Products damaged or which have deteriorated due to conditions beyond manufacturer control (e.g., improper storage or handling; exposure to heat, fire, smoke, or water)
    7. Product not in original container
    8. Product not available for inspection or return to Nutramax
    9. Products that have been discontinued for more than 6 months.
    If Nutramax accepts such return of such Outdated Returnable  Product, then Nutramax may, in its sole discretion, either send a replacement for the returned product, or an alternate product of similar value, if preferred, less a re-stocking fee, which may be 50% of the value of the return, at Nutramax’s sole discretion.
  5. Return of product to Nutramax from veterinarian/veterinary client due to product related issue. Veterinary clients or veterinary clinics may return any unexpired Nutramax product to Nutramax due to a manufacturing issue (e.g., broken tablets, missing tablets, chewable product is unpalatable, etc.). Clinics and veterinary clients should contact Nutramax Customer Service Department via phone at 1-888-886-6442 to file a Manufacturing Incident Report (MIR). Nutramax Customer Service Representatives are available Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. In order to complete the MIR the necessary database information will be as follows:
    1. Client Name
    2. Client Address
    3. Client Phone Number
    4. Patient Name
    5. Species
    6. Breed
    7. Age
    8. Sex
    9. Product Name
    10. Lot Number
    11. Purchase price (receipt required)
    12. Brief description of product Issue
    Once the MIR is completed, Nutramax will have the product in question along with product receipt picked up by UPS and will either issue replacement product or reimburse client/clinic for actual costs. Clinics/clients can only submit for credit a single order for any given chewable product per client pet per calendar year for palatability issues.
