How long can the Cheddar and Mozzarella shreds be stored in the freezer?

Stored well in the refrigerator, the products will stay fresh for four months. Frozen in a good quality freezer and well packaged, they can last indefinitely. For best quality, we recommend refrigerated storage in good packaging.
