An exclusive event for Club Chandon Members with a wine subscription
This event has been cancelled in order to focus on futhre events.
This new Club Chandon exclusive event features a visit to our Carneros Vineyards. They say "great wine starts in the vineyard."
This is a rare opportunity to walk among the vines with our vineyard manager Rick Aldine, and our winemakers, Tom Tiburzi and James Kress, as they showcase sustainable farming techniques. They'll explain the difference between farming for sparkling wine versus still wine in the same place (and we'll sample some wine from that site while we are there). See how we use the native owl population and "sniffer dogs" to help control vineyard pests.
After the tour, you’ll enjoy a lunch on the winery lawn made by the culinary team at étoile with the finished product - Chandon Sparkling and Still wines - and the people that make them.
Be sure to wear tennis shoes and sunscreen—and arrive at Chandon on time so you don’t miss the bus to the vineyards.
We will send you home with a jewel from our vineyard, a bottle of Carneros Chardonnay, to remember the day by.
