After just three years of Bambino Cabernet, it has become a high-scoring customer favorite. The 2005 vintage continues on the success of 2004, which garnered 91 Points in the Wine Spectator and sold out immediately. The palate has richened up significantly with earthy lead with an offering of cloves, mint and celery seed. The oak adds sweet cream/caramel/vanilla which balances the round ripe tannins. Sweet black fruits finish off this lovely cabernet.
