The shopping cart system is very intuitive and highly functional. As far as organization, the product lists and detail views are easy to navigate and read. The product questions feature and the reviews sections are great! Furthermore the checkout process is very close to perfect. Our units per transaction have improved, and orders overall have a broader variety of products within them. I think the reason for this is the ease of navigation through the products and product categories in the Nexternal store.

I have to say that my rep was there to answer every question, and has exceeded my every expectation concerning service and support. He has been both timely and effective. When I have questions I expect answers FAST... like within minutes, otherwise my workday losses momentum. He has yet to let me down.

Also, customers can get an exact shipping quote before going through the checkout process, which greatly aids their decision making process. Because customers create an account when they place an order, it greatly enhances the percentage of repeat business, because customers know they don't have to key in their personal information each time they place an order.
