It wasn't until we did extensive research on the competition that we realized Nexternal was the right choice for our boutique wine shop's needs. The use of webinars to help in the learning process is key. We, as a team, use them to familiarize ourselves with processes before implementing and they are quite valuable.

There are not too many companies that actively solicit feedback from their customers to improve upon their product. My Account Executive is absolutely wonderful! She knows the system like the back of her hand and can resolve any issue or concern within minutes. She is incredibly responsive to our needs and constantly checks in to make sure that the system is working well for us. I appreciate her attentiveness and dedication to her customers.

Our sales have increased by leaps and bounds since we partnered with Nexternal. Previously, customers would have to print out an order form from our website and fax the form in. Now, it's as simple as a few clicks of the mouse, and their orders are complete. We couldn't be happier with the improvements in our direct sales since we partnered with Nexternal.

The Order Management System is easy to use and allows us to accurately manage and monitor our online sales. We can track each step of the process, from when the order is placed to when we fulfill the order with our warehouse to when the order ships. More importantly, it allows our customers to stay updated on the status of their orders. The product catalog is simple to set up. The reporting tools are excellent, allowing our winery to see which products are moving and which need more attention.

Nexternal has created a online store that is easy and simple for customers to use. Products are easy to find. Repeat customers can log in and have all of their shipping and billing information stored in the system, making ordering a breeze!

Our Account Manager has been a true asset. No matter the question, she is there to provide a quick and easy solution. This was our first experience in setting up an online store, and everyone at Nexternal made the process simple and easy for us to understand.

The OMS set up is user friendly and order processing is easy. I like the connections between Authorize.net and Nexternal. This is incredibly helpful when making changes to a customer order. The connection between ShipCompliant and Nexternal is also very helpful, as it allows us to see why an order was not compliant and make changes. Creating reports is very simple, and the selection is endless. I like that there is a breakdown between the cost of goods, tax and shipping and then an overall total.
