Customers have found it easy to use in terms of placing an order and accessing/updating their account. I like that our online store mirrors our website, portraying a more streamlined look and feel. The layout and organizational features of the shopping cart were simple to create and are easy to update as needed.The Order Management System is incredibly user-friendly and meets our company's needs quite well. I have been using Nexternal’s software for more than 5 years now and appreciate its ease of use; I have provided training to a number of staff members in various departments to teach order processing, customer account management and reporting, with virtually no difficulty. I particularly like the Wine Club Order function - it makes the creation and processing of wine club batches incredibly easy, quick, and accurate. I have consistently received fantastic support from everyone at Nexternal. If I post a question to the system, I receive complete and helpful responses from the support team. If the system does not offer the function I am looking for, I am encouraged to submit an update request. There are not too many companies that actively solicit feedback from their customers to improve upon their product. My Account Executive is absolutely wonderful! She knows the system like the back of her hand and can resolve any issue or concern within minutes. She is incredibly responsive to our needs and constantly checks in to make sure that the system is working well for us. I appreciate her attentiveness and dedication to her customers. |

Tolosa WineryThe Order Management System is very easy to manage. We are constantly updating our shopping cart with new products and ever-changing compliance rules that come along with shipping wine. We are able to make adjustments to prices, purchase limits, and customer accounts. I am impressed with the report features: purchase volume by state, top customers, top products, and more. The OMS allows us to send email blasts to targeted customers informing them about wine promotions and special events available for purchase online.Nexternal Solutions provides an online shopping cart that is secure and user-friendly. Our monthly direct sales have increased significantly since launching our store on the Nexternal platform! Customer service support is readily available when needed and welcoming to new suggestions and ideas. |

Krupp BrothersOur sales have increased by leaps and bounds since we partnered with Nexternal. Previously, customers would have to print out an order form from our website and fax the form in. Now, it's as simple as a few clicks of the mouse, and their orders are complete. We couldn't be happier with the improvements in our direct sales since we partnered with Nexternal.The Order Management System is easy to use and allows us to accurately manage and monitor our online sales. We can track each step of the process, from when the order is placed to when we fulfill the order with our warehouse to when the order ships. More importantly, it allows our customers to stay updated on the status of their orders. The product catalog is simple to set up. The reporting tools are excellent, allowing our winery to see which products are moving and which need more attention. Nexternal has created a online store that is easy and simple for customers to use. Products are easy to find.
