We implemented Nexternal's cart in March 2007. For the last consecutive 18 our sales on average have doubled, monthly! Nexternal has done an amazing job working with us to fit our online store to our design. The diligence work of managing a wine club is controlled brilliantly through the customer types.

Nexternal's customer service is seriously superb. We can almost always get a hold of our Account Executive (who rocks and is awesome) and we are always contacted back promptly. It is not an overstatement to say that at times we will call our Account Executive once a day. He returns every call, every email. In general, we have found everyone at Nexternal is extremely knowledgeable and are always helping us to increase efficiency in our utilization of the cart to the fullest potential. We learn about tools all the time. We believe that contact with our rep has helped us think about new ways on how to use the cart which has been invaluable in maintaining our very rapid growth in our online sales. In addition, he has provided us general knowledge and expertise when it comes to online marketing. We appreciate his insight and tips and know that he has helped us, along with the Nexternal tool kit, exponentially grow out sales online.

We are able to manage a multitude of different products and have been able to fully utilize the inventory kit. We are able to create bundles of products and suggest to customers. The reports and dashboard help us to forecast and oversee sales. The most useful direct marketing tool is the email tool. By linking the tool to the customer database, we are able to upsell and cross sell to customers based on previous purchases. We can target specific customers that have specific tastes and provide useful suggestions on wines they might like. In addition, we are able to target by location, style preferences, as well as number of purchases. This powerful search engine is an invaluable means to keeping our customers engaged and connected to who we are.

We have easily doubled our online sales since switching to Nexternal. We've also cut the emails like: "Your website store doesn't work, I had problems ordering, etc." by at least three quarters. Nexternal's software is very intuitive. I rarely need help, but when I do it comes fast and easy. I have experienced great responsiveness from the Nexternal team.

Nexternal has been a great turnkey module for our website and has proven invaluable in streamlining the order process and increasing our sales. While we have been contacted by other vendors to switch our platform to theirs, my response has been why would I want to do it? Nexternal works - plain and simple and I have incredible confidence that when I have questions or issues I can contact our product support team member he will get back to me promptly and with the right answer. Having that support there is invaluable and is one of the biggest reasons I don't even entertain the idea of moving at this point.

Nexternal provides Hanzell with the tools to customize our sales technique to suit our model. We don't encourage much involvement in the process from our customers, but rather we use Nexternal to organize and execute our releases as pre-arranged allocations of each wine are automatically shipped to each collector. The solution is effective for what is probably an unusual approach in winery direct-sales, and we chose Nexternal for this reason and the low percentage of revenue collected from executing the sales from the back-end. Nexternal handles our needs perfectly well. It allows us to efficiently handle our growth and to provide top-notch customer service.

Nexternal's ecommerce software is set up in such a way that anyone can utilize it. I am not that skilled in computer use, but the system and support provided by those at Nexternal more than make up for my inadequacies.

Order Processing is so easy it's scary! It's actually easier to process orders through the Order Management System than it is face to face with customers or if they were to call on the telephone. I love checking orders daily and processing is a snap! Product Management is great, there are a few "ins & outs" that I needed help with at first, but my Nexternal representative is the best, he really held my hand and guided me along, plus he's so accessible; never further than a quick phone call away.

Our Account Executive is a credit to your company and one of the most approachable and helpful individuals I've ever spoken to. He not only knows your system in and out, but he is so well versed on everything that pertains to ecommerce, shipping, marketing and customer service.
