Position: Web Software Engineer/Application Developer
Description:
Nexternal Solutions, a leading provider of ecommerce software, has an opportunity for a Web Software Engineer/Application Developer in its Carlsbad, CA location. This position will be responsible for designing, writing, testing, revising, and maintaining both ASP.NET and “classic” ASP pages, encompassing Visual Basic 2008, VBScript, JavaScript, HTML, LINQ, SQL, XML, and other programming languages.
The ideal candidate is extremely intelligent, hard working, and eager to learn. Attention to detail, problem solving skills, and technical writing skills are essential. The responsibilities of this position are expected to grow with the employee's proficiency. The applicant will be expected to ultimately work independently, taking ownership of application development projects from concept to completion.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Object oriented programming experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
