-- A coffee tribute to the attraction of opposites, this blend combines the smokey, bitter-sweet chocolate notes of Guatemala Antigua with the immensely heavy, herbal character of Sumatra Mandheling to produce a cup of remarkable depth and character.
A crew-inspired blend that has become one of my favorites, Cowboy Brew takes two coffees from opposite ends of the spectrum to deliver a coffee that fills in each others voids without obscuring their individual strengths. The result is a coffee with great body, smokey and bittersweet chocolate notes and a touch of herbal sweetness. It's a combination that you taste and think, "Wow, those two were really made for each other." Awwww!
Seriously, I just had a cup and here I am writing this description over 5 minutes later and the wonderful taste still lingers -- an exceptionally nice blend and so fitting that it's formulation came from the dedicated men and women on the "front line."
