If I am using the UPS Shipping Tool to create labels, can I print to my UPS issued Eltron printer?
	Yes, when creating UPS labels, you have the option to print to an inkjet, laser jet, or UPS Eltron printer. If you are using the FedEx Shipping Tools, you can also print to a thermal printer.
Will Nexternal's software work on a Mac?
	Yes, Nexternal Solutions' software works on all platforms that run Internet Explorer Netscape web browsers (versions 4.0 and higher). It also works with the AOL web browser, Safari, and Firefox.
Can I export data from Nexternal's software so that it can be used with other applications?
	Yes, Nexternal Solution's e-commerce software will export transaction and sales data into 4 different file types; QuickBooks®, MYOB, MS Excel, or MS Access for an easy data import into your legacy system. Product, inventory, and customer information can also be imported via MS Excel files. Customer information can also be updated or created using web forms.
How do I process credit cards?
	There are two credit card processing options. You might choose to process your orders through traditional means using an existing merchant terminal or take advantage of Nexternal's unique one-click online credit card processing technology. To take advantage of the later, you must establish an account with a payment gateway such as VeriSign, Authorize.net, or Paymentech. If you have an account with such a gateway, you have the option to allow orders to be authorized at the time of the order is placed.
Is Nexternal's software integrated with the UPS Online Tools? Can I create UPS Shipping Labels directly from the web?
	Yes. Nexternal has integrated 4 different components of the UPS Online Tools including Tracking, Address Validation, Rates and Service Selection, and Shipping. The Rates and Service Selection tool displays real time rates directly from the UPS database. The UPS Shipping tool allow merchants to create and print labels directly from their web sites saving merchants from the hassle of keying order data into the UPS World Ship software.
I see that you have full integration with the UPS Online Tools, FedEx Ship Manager Direct, and USPS Web Tools, but what if I ship via other carriers such as DHL or independent trucking companies?
	Though Nexternal's software has the most extensive integration with UPS, FedEx, and USPS you can still use the software and ship via other carriers. Rather than pulling real time rates from other carriers, you will be able to choose from one of ten different shipping cost calculators to estimate shipping costs for your customers.
Can I specify which states and countries I will and will not ship to?
	Yes. Merchants can specify which states they will and will not ship to. Additionally, merchants can designate certain products as having shipping restrictions.
