Anyway to show a product report with the custom fields?
Is there a way to get a custom sales report? We ran a promotion and I need to see greater detail on one report.
How do I process and create gift certificates?
How can I edit a customers last name? It is wrong in the system and I have so far been unable to find a way to edit it.

Shopzilla is not allowing us to validate our feed because some of the descriptions are longer than 1,000 characters. I have found through some research that the Nexternal feed generator for this shopping cart extension is pulling the attributes/options text in order to fill in the 'description' area . . .
For columns that are optional, and we don’t need to upload data for them (Ex. Alcohol) Can I just leave the column completely out of my upload? Or do I need to leave column in spreadsheet but with a NULL Value?
