Question:I have one new product in the category phoneorder that refuses to appear on the same packing list with products from the same category. The item is ESAUVBLANC. I can not find any difference with other items. Why? |
Response:
The items in this order have different ship from addresses therefore there are two packing slips that are going to be generated. If you go to Orders > Report and generate a Packing Slip Report for this order you will get two packing slips.
