Limiting Sales of Products to Certain State - Online Sales

I would like make one of our products available for sale only in California, and restrict sales of it from all other states. How can I do this while allowing our other products to continue to be sold in the multiple states as we currently have it set up?

You can achieve this using our "restricted" functionality. A restricted product can not be sold to a restricted state. In Settings/Edit Shipping, you can check the "R" for restricted next to every state except California. Next, edit your product that can only be shipped to California and mark it as restricted.
