How do I add an optional extra address line in the 'ship to' section that customers fill out? We already have two lines for address, but I would like to add an optional third line.

Go to Customers, click on the "Types" button, click "next" to arrive at page 2 of "edit customer types".
In the Company Field column, using the drop down menu by each customer type - you can choose "optional". Hit Finish.
