Can we set free shipping on a item by item basis independent of standard shipping rates for products?

You may offer free shipping by item by creating a new "Ship From Address" (OMS/Settings/Ship From Addresses), then associating the relevant product(s) to the new "Ship From Address" and setting the shipping rate to $0.00 (OMS/Settings/Shipping) for the part "Ship From Address" per zone. You may also override the shipping rate for that product, by editing the product, click next, and go to the Overrides section. Click Override Shipping Rates. A box will open below, where you can override the rate for that product by zone, and shipper.
