How can I receive notification when a shipment is delivered to a customer via FedEx?

If you are using FedEx Shipping (Settings/Compatible Software/Online Shipping Tools in the Order Management System), for FedEx Express shipments only, the FedEx ShipAlert® -- Shipper/Delivery option (Settings/Compatible Software/Online Shipping Tools/Preferences) notifies your company via e-mail that the package has been successfully delivered to the customer. The message is sent to the Customer Service E-Mail (Settings/General Information). FedEx does not offer a corresponding option for FedEx Ground shipments.
