I have created a product that has status Normal, but it does not appear in the store.

There are a few reasons why this could happen.
One, the product's visibility is set to level that prevents some or all customers from viewing it.
Two, you have defined attributes for the product, but none of the resulting SKUs are available.
Three, there is an error relating to the product. (This would be indicated by a yellow exclamation point next to the product name within the Order management system.)
