Most likely you did not sign up with Paymentech via the form provided at Settings/Compatible Software in the Order Management System, and thus Paymentech does not have you listed as a Nexternal client. Please contact Paymentech Advance Product Support (866-853-3843) and ask them to list you as a Nexternal client. Paymentech will not allow you to process credit cards via Nexternal if you are not listed as a Nexternal client, and that is why Nexternal strongly recommends that you sign up with Paymentech only via the provided form. You may also have to provide them the following information: Agent Number: 082118 TID: 001
Nexternal IP Range: 104.255.215.1 - 104.255.215.254 IP Range for FlexCache: 162.254.186.100 - 162.254.186.110 must use Tampa platform (not Salem)
