How can I discount a real time rate returned by a shipping carrier via the Online Shipping Tools?

If you are using real time rates via the Online Shipping Tools (e.g. UPS Rates & Service Selection), you may adjust the rates returned to your customers via the appropriate Rate Adjustment field (Settings/Compatible Software/Online Shipping Tools/Preferences in the Order Management System).
