Sending Marketing Emails to Targeted Customer Groups

How can I use the Mail Wizard to contact customers based on customer information (e.g. Customer Type, State, etc.)?
Response:
You may perform a Customer Search by navigating to Customer / Search in the Order Management System. Then, click on Mail Wizard and select Results of Current Search as your Contact Criteria.
