Question:How do I process and create gift certificates? |
Response:
To Process: Click on the green dollar sign to capture the funds like other orders. Then click the Order status drop down to choose Sent. This will trigger an email to the recipient about the certificate and how to redeem.
To Create a New Gift Certificate: From the storefront, click on Order Gift Certificate link; From within OMS, click on Gift Certificates, then New button at top. Follow steps.
