Rank, which must be a positive integer, is used to determine available billing options (Settings/Billing Options). Higher numbers indicate a higher rank, and customers of a given type may use any billing option available to an equal or lower rank. Ranks need not be sequential or unique. To create or modify customer type rankings, go to Customers/Types/Next.
