Verisign Payflow Pro Paypal Errors User Authentication Failed Credit Card Processing |
Question:I am using PayPal Payflow Pro and when trying to process an order I receive this error: "User Authentication Failed". What does this mean? |

This error means that the information which was entered into Nexternal for your Payflow Pro account is incorrect. You will need to confirm your information by going to Settings > Compatible Software > Edit > Payflow Pro User, Partner & Password. If you are unsure if this informaiton is correct you will need to contact Payflow Pro to confirm.
