How can I automatically email my customers after a specific number of days to ask them to write a review of the products that they ordered?

In the Order Management system you may visit Reviews/Setup. The second section down is titled "Review Reminders". Simply checking the "Use Review Reminder" box and specifying the time delay will activate the feature.
