Is it possible to pull a report that shows all states we can ship to and sales tax applicable to that State?
Response:
No. You can see all the states you ship to in settings/shipping. However, because Nexternal does not monitor state compliance and state sales tax rates natively, there is no report that will show the rates if you are using the integrated tax tables that we provide with the platform. If you are using the ShipCompliant or Avalara integrations then you could pull the rates from those systems.
Further, we provide various features and tools that enable you to enforce the rules you want to impose, even if you are not using the tables provided or one of the integrations.
