Query Customers That Have Ordered a Specific Product |
Question:How can I get a list of customers who ordered a specific product? |
Response:
Two ways -
1) go to Orders/Advanced Search/Line Item search and find all the orders that included this line item. These search results are exportable.
2) go to products, and click on the name of the product - scroll to the bottom of the page, and all orders containing that product will be listed there. This report is not exportable.
