If I indicate in the shipping section that I will not ship to a certain country (Italy), how does that look in the storefront? Will it still be an option to customers? Will they get an error message?

If you've indicated that you will not ship to a country at all, by not including it in any of your shipping zones in shipping settings, the following scenario will happen: If shopping, and the customer clicks on the "Determine Shipping and Sales Tax" button, Italy is NOT an option in the dropdown. If creating a new customer record, you create three addresses.... 1) Contact address (Italy is an option) 2) Ship to address (Italy is NOT an option) 3) Bill to address (Italy is an option) Therefore, someone can live outside of Italy (maybe temporarily) and still have a billing address in Italy, and want to ship products to a country where you do ship, and they are permitted to place the order. The shipping address is the only area where the customer should be prevented from choosing Italy.
