If you processed the original transaction within the last 24 hours, it is likely those funds have not yet posted to your bank account. Therefore, there is nothing to refund. Either wait until tomorrow to try or you may also choose to Void the credit card transaction. If you choose to void, you can then modify the order accordingly and then capture the new amount by clicking on the green dollar sign. Please be sure the Billing Status is Unbilled or Authorized before you capture the funds.
