I would like to run a promotion which gives customers 10% off when they write a product review. What is the best way to accomplish this?

The first step in the process is to create your 10% off coupon (be sure to set the Customer Usage Limit to 1). Once you have the code, visit Reviews/Setup. In the Thank You Message field, create your thank you note and be sure to provide the 10% off coupon code. We also highly recommend unchecking the Auto Close Thank You Message parameter so that the customer has enough time to read and write down their code.
