I am moving to Nexternal from another platform. Can Nexternal set up 301 redirects for my old store pages? Can I set up a .htaccess file to my Nexternal store to facilitate 301 redirects?

Due to our infrastructure configuration, we cannot set up 301 redirects for this purpose and we do not support .htaccess files in our environment. If you are moving from another eCommerce system to Nexternal, we recommend choosing a new domain alias when configuring your Nexternal store. You can then handle the 301 redirects for a period of time in the old system.
