It is bottled with a Stelvin screw cap for easy enjoyment and storage...perfect for keeping a bottle in the fridge this summer or any time of the year. 91 cases produced. <br><br> <span style="font-weight: bold; color: #1E347C;"> Vineyard Notes:</span><br> On September 30, 2005 we picked 10 tons of Cabernet Franc from the Saviez Vineyard just north of <a href="http://wine.appellationamerica.com/wine-region/St.-Helena.html" target=_new>St. Helena</a>. After crushing the grapes, we chilled the must for 48 hours and bled off a small amount to ferment for our Rose.
