This leads to longer hang times that really enhance the character of this Syrah. This Stage Gulch Syrah was picked at the end of October. The wine is a beautiful deep purple in color. It has an intricate group of flavors from blackberry, leather, tobacco, and spice. The wine has complex tannins and crisp acidity.
