For our 2007 Rosado specific Garnacha blocks were farmed with the objective of creating this wine. Following a brief period of skin contact the three different Garnacha clones were very lightly pressed and the fermentation concluded in stainless steel. This wine features aromas of rose petals, cherries, pomegranates, and strawberries followed by flavors of candied cherries and raspberry jam.
