Malolactic fermentation was almost fully inhibited. This chardonnay was aged for five months in 60-gallon French oak barrels followed by bottling in the spring of 2006.

Tasting Notes:
Our 2005 Chardonnay begins with notes of green apple and minerals, Flavors of apple and honeydew melon predominate, mixed with subtle accents from the small oak barrels.
