It makes you sip sip an sip again.<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #1E347C;">Winemaking Notes:</span><br>Part of our Syrah is whole-cluster fermented to extract these fine flavors and tannins from the berries&#8217; skins. It then matures in mostly American oak barrels creating a creamy, toasty texture which combined with the fruity flavors result in a wine dancing on the palate.<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold; color: #1E347C;">Vintage Notes:</span><br>Our grapes benefit from the high elevation (+2500 feet) and the well drained rich soils up here in the Fair Play appellation.
