<strong>CLUB SHIPMENTS</strong><br>
As a member, you will receive two or four bottles of wine, four times per year, (February, May, September and November) delivered to your home or office. There is no membership fee. Your wine club shipments are automatically billed to your credit card on file upon shipment of your order.

<strong>CLUB BENEFITS AND PRIVILEGES</strong><br>
All Key to the Abbey members enjoy exclusive benefits, including:

<li>20% discount on current releases and library selections;
<li>10% discount on all non-wine merchandise;
<li>25% discount on case purchases of select Wine Club wines;
<li>Complimentary tasting for Wine Club members and guests - a total of four people;
<li>Invitations to exciting members-only events and preferred pricing for all winery events;
<li>Use of our private oak-shaded picnic area. A two week reservation notice is required to guarantee availability;
<li>Special members-only offers, including access to wines that are only sold at the winery;
<li>Winemaker tasting notes and recipes sent with each quarterly shipment;
<li>Personal service to assist with wine and merchandise purchases, planning your next visit and general wine country information.

Freemark Abbey's Key to the Abbey Wine Club offers three levels of club membership. Each club option varies to satisfy individual member tastes. You may sign up for one, two or all three of our Key to the Abbey Wine Club options. Each Club option features current releases, library wines and 'Winery Only Wines', wines which are sold exclusively at the winery and shipped only to wine club members.

<strong>MASTER KEY CLUB</strong><br>
Join the MASTER KEY CLUB and receive a medley of our finest wines. Each shipment, you will receive Freemark Abbey's most recent vintages: one bottle each of our newest white wine and our latest red wine. Four shipments per year will highlight our current releases and "Winery Only Wines."<br>

<strong>CARDINAL KEY CLUB</strong><br>
For the discriminating red wine enthusiast, join the CARDINAL KEY CLUB and enjoy Freemark Abbey's red wine treasures. As a member, you will receive our newest releases and limited production wines. Quarterly club shipments include two bottles of our finest reds and "Winery Only Wines."<br>
$85-$105 per shipment (Rate Varies) Plus Applicable Tax and Shipping

<strong>JOSEPHINE'S CELLAR CLUB</strong><br>
For the ultimate in red wine enjoyment, choose JOSEPHINE'S CELLAR CLUB membership. Receive four specially selected bottles, including two of our recent releases or "Winery Only Wines" and two bottles of select library vintages. Our rare library wines have been carefully aged and are offered first to JOSEPHINE'S CELLAR CLUB members. Josephine club members have access to wines that may not be available for sale outside of this club.<br>
$185-$245 per shipment (Rate Varies) Plus Applicable Tax and Shipping

By joining the Freemark Abbey Winery Wine Club I agree to the following:
<ul>
<li>I am 21 years of age or older.
<li>I authorize Freemark Abbey Winery to charge my credit card in accordance with the wine club(s) that I have selected - you may join more than one club.
<li>I understand that I may cancel club membership at anytime after receiving two (2) quarterly shipments.
<li>It is my responsibility to notify Freemark Abbey winery of any address or credit card changes two weeks prior to a scheduled shipment date. Freemark Abbey is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected shipments.
<li>Private tours and tastings are by appointment only and cannot always be accommodated. <li>Complimentary tasting is limited to four people and does not include logo glasses.
<li>The law requires an adult signature on wine deliveries. For your convenience a business address is preferred but not required.
<li>State and federal regulations permit shipping of Freemark Abbey wines only to Club Members in a limited number of states.
<li>I confirm that I will comply with all wine shipping regulations with respect to consumers, if any, imposed by the state to which my wine will be shipped.

Wine Club quarterly shipments can only be shipped to the following states: AK, AZ*, CA, CO, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL, MI**, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OR, SC, TX, VA, WA, WV, WI and WY.

Note:
*Arizona wine club members must have visited the winery during the same year of wine club shipments.
** Michigan wine club members must provide a photocopy of their driver's license in order to receive wine club shipments.</P>
