All Purchases are exchangeable. If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise when you receive it, please email us at info@giftsforoldguys.com within 10 days of receipt of goods, and we will exchange your purchase free of charge. We allow one exchange per order. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. GiftsforOldGuys.com will pay for shipping the exchanged item back to you. Your return must be in original condition (not washed, not worn, not dirty, and undamaged) and must be received by GiftsforOldGuys.com within 30 days of the original order date. We will not accept returns after the 30 day period. If we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item or the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. In the event you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, once we receive your undamaged return, we will refund the purchase prices less shipping and handling charges.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within two business days after payment is received. In the rare event that an ordered item is unavailable or back-ordered we will notify you promptly, at which time you will have the option to cancel the order if you wish.

Shipping & Handling Fees

We ship domestically via USPS 1st Class, Parcel Post, Priority Mail, Express Mail and international orders ship via USPS Global Priority. Each order's shipping price varies depending on the shipping service you select, weight and destination. Orders are usually processed within 2 business days. International orders take some time to arrive (usually within eight - twelve mailing days) so please be patient.

Sales Tax (California Orders Only!)

Sales tax is charged to California shipping addresses ONLY! The sales tax for California shipping addresses will be added to the invoice following submittal of the order, and is based on the our county-specific tax rate applied to both the purchase price and S&H charges per State law.
