I'm was looking at your bulk liquid extracts and I was wondering what base malts and specialty grains you use for each. Specifically, what do you use in your Pale Malt, Amber Malt, and Dark Malt extracts?

Our bulk malt extracts are made by Breiss Malting Co, and they don't divulge the exact composition. They do provide analysis with information like color, % protein, solids etc.
We do know that the composition of Palt Malt Extract is 100% malted barley (either 2-row or 6-row or perhaps even a combination of both).
Breiss Amber Malt Extract is reputed to be malted barley, crystal 60L, Munich and carapils.
Breiss Dark Malt Extract is likely much like the Amber product, but with the addition of a little chocolate malt and/or roasted barley.
