Saw one of these on the river in texas..does it require some type of tap..and is the pouch the only thing you need to push the beer out...thanks greg

The Party Pig has an integral tap/dispenser on the front. No need for an additional tap.
The Pressure Pouch, once put into the Pig (and activated) supplies the pressure for dispensing your beer. You'll need an Activation Pump to do it, is all ($8.95). Only one activation pump is necessary if you have multiple Party Pigs.
