Two Smack Packs for the Imperial Heaven IPA?

The Kit comes with two packets of dry (granular) yeast, but the liquid yeast is a nice option. If using the liquid (smack pack) yeast, one fully inflated pack is sufficient. For better attenuation in this high gravity beer, we recommend two.
