Would the heat shrink capsules work with mini wine bottles?

Not sure what mini bottles you are referring to. If you mean the 1/2 bottle (375 mL) size bottles then yes. If it's some other size, then we would need more details (dimensions, or photos) to know for sure. There are LOTS of different bottles out there...

Heat Shrink Capsules, Bag Of 100
-- For dressing up your wine bottles. Place on your bottle and quickly dip into boiling water, or apply with a heat shink machine (see below). Heat causes the wrap to shrink tightly around the neck of bottle. With tear-off strip. Very easy to apply and use.
