Multiple Addresses?
You may ship all items in your order to a single address, or you
may designate separate "ship to" addresses for various items in
your cart. If
you are sending separate items to separate addresses, be sure to
specify the address prior to placing the item in your
cart. If you
fail to do so, you cannot change the "ship to" for the product in
the cart. Instead, delete the product and add the product again
after selecting the proper "ship to".
Every time you add a "ship to" name for an additional item, all the
"ship to's" in the store will reset to the most recent name you've
entered. However, if you have already selected the "ship to" for a
product in your cart, you will see that the "ship to" remains

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped Monday thru Friday (not
including holidays) once a credit card authorization and
verification have been obtained, usually within 1 business
day. In stock merchandise are shipped via Fed Ex or USPS and
will normally arrive in 3-6 business days after the order is
received for Ground, Home, and regular USPS options. Please allow
up to 14 business days for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, A.P.O. and
F.P.O. addresses. There may be expedited options for Hawaii and
Alaska to speed the delivery. You will be able to choose the
desired method of shipping at check-out.
When the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation
email and a tracking number. Tracking numbers may be tracked
by the end of our business day which is 5pm
CST.
Expedited
Shipping for Domestic Orders: At checkout, there may be several options
to speed the transit time to your shipping address and they will
display if those options are available. Below will explain the
methods and estimated time of arrival. All expedited shipments are
to be placed by 3:00pm CST for Fed Ex orders and by 10am for USPS.
If placed after these times, the order will ship the next business
day.

Saver: Delivery is in 3 business days by 4:30 pm to most areas
(by 7pm to residences.) Available throughout all states except
Alaska and Hawaii.

2Day: 2nd business day delivery by 4:30pm to most areas (by 7pm
to residences). For certain shipments to Alaska and Hawaii,
delivery is in 3 business day.
FedEx 2Day
A.M: 2nd business day delivery by 10:30am to most US address
(by noon to rural areas).
FedEx Standard
Overnight: By the next business day by 3pm to most areas and by
4:30pm to some rural areas throughout all 50 states.
FedEx Priority
Overnight: By the next business day by 10:30am to most areas
(by noon, 4:30pm or 5pm to some rural areas) For certain shipments
to Alaska and Hawaii, delivery is in 2 business
days.
FedEx First
Overnight: First thing next business day. Delivery is by 9,
8:30, 9, or 10am depending on the destination, throughout all 50
states.
USPS:
Express
Mail: Overnight delivery to most US addresses.
Shipping for International
Orders:
Most international orders are processed within 1 business day. The
shipping methods will be displayed that are available for your
area. Please see below for the list of options. The recipient is
responsible for all duties, taxes, and Customs fees. Please
contanct your local customs for an estimate of these fees.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping or free returns (when
applicable or during special promotions) on international
orders.

International Priority: Arrive typically in 1, 2, or 3 business
days. It is available to more than 220 countries and territories,
including to major cities in Europe in 2 business days by
noon.
FedEx
International Economy: Delivery typical in 2-5 business days to
more than 215 countries and territories (2 or 3 business days to
key markets such as Canada, Mexico, and Puerto
Rico.)
FedEx
International Ground (CANADA ONLY): Delivery to Canada
typically in 2-7 business days, based on the distance to your
destination. Delivery is by the end of the business
day.
USPS: Global
Express Guaranteed: 1-3 business days.
Express Mail
International: 3-5 business days. Priority Mail International:
6-10 business days.
Please note
that the rates showing are based on Fed Ex and USPS real time
rates, and are not chosen by HotMocs. Also, please note that
shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be
guaranteed. Weather, natural distasters, and unnatural disasters
may delay shipping times.

Return Policy
You may return
the item in its original condition along with inner packaging
within 30 days of the ship date for a refund minus shipping costs.
After 30 days, we will issue a store credit or allow an exchange.
Included with each order is an invoice with return instructions
located on the back. If you have the packing slip, please fill out
the back of the form in entirety and return via Fed Ex/UPS Ground
or USPS insured with delivery confirmation. If you receive damaged
or defective merchandise, please give us a call at (281)448-4004 so
that we may assist in getting the product back to us. Please
note: if the merchandise is received damage and HotMocs is not
contacted, we reserve the right to reimburse shipping. Merchandise
should not be shipped COD or via expedited air, but via method of
our choice. Please be aware that some stores/carriers who provide
shipping and packing services charge extra for these services and
those charges will not be reimbursed.
If you do not
have the packing slip, please include a note your order number,
name, address and daytime phone number. Also include a brief letter
explaining why you are returning the item and whether you would
like a refund or an exchange for another item. Exchange
orders back to you are shipped on our behalf except to Hawaii,
Alaska, and international orders.
If you are
requesting a refund, the refund will be issued in the same method
of payment that was used to purchase the merchandise. If the item
was a gift and the recipient is returning the item for a refund,
only a HotMoc store credit/gift card will be issued.
