These machined aluminum spacers are required to make up the difference. If you install a 320 diff into a 2002 without spacers the output flanges may pop out of the diff or you will wear out the CV joints. 2002 CV joints have 8mm bolts and most 320 diffs use 10mm bolts. If your 320 diff has 10mm holes then we suggest installing a 320 CV joint on the inboard end of your 2002 half shafts. You'll find good used CV joints listed in this catalog. Or you can redrill the output flanges with 8mm holes. The spacer kit includes a pair of spacers and 12 bolts.
