Shipping will be via "best method" as we determine; usually this
will be UPS Ground in the Continental USA, though we occasionally
ship via the US Postal Service.
Freight estimates are not binding. Final freight charges will be
determined at time of shipment. A handling charge of $5.00 is
normally added to freight charges to help cover packaging.
Attention - International Orders: We charge an
Administration Fee of $25.00 to cover the additional paperwork
required for international shipments.
Also: Credit card regulations require the additional
security code for international transactions - please include the
code with your order (enter in the notes field, or send it in a
separate email).
International orders are normally shipped via the US Post Office
Express Mail service if weight and size of the package permits. For
international orders, payment via wire transfer may be required.
All prices are FOB our address. We cannot guarantee when packages
will be delivered. This is the responsibility of the carrier.
Large items are shipped by truck. On truck shipments, any
shipping damage must be reported to the driver upon receipt. (Note:
truck shipments are much less expensive if addressed to a
commercial address.)
Customer assumes ownership of goods upon shipment. Shipping
damage must be reported to the carrier immediately upon delivery.
We will assist in resolving shipping claims, but cannot be
responsible for lost or damaged goods.
Ireland Engineering will not be responsible for any
consequential costs or damages do to shipping delays or
damaged/lost goods, nor will we be responsible for any claims or
refunds of shipping costs due to delayed delivery by the
carrier.
