Fermenting in neutral barrels allowed the winemaker to bring maximum structure with minimal oak flavor to this refreshing blend. Predominantly stainless steel aging encouraged the fruit forward characteristics, such as raspberry and strawberry, to remain fresh and balanced with the acidity.
