This wine shows the true varietal character of Sauvignon Blanc exhibiting the fruit flavors of grapefruit, honeydew melon, citrus and fig on the nose. 85% skin contact contributes to the nose of grapefruit and ripe honeydew melon, a creamy mid palate and crisp acidity and lemon citrus finish, amplifying the Sauvignon Blanc aromas. 15% "whole cluster" processed and 30% barrel fermentation gives a nice rich texture and a hint of oaky spice. 70% tank fermented creates a crisp, clean and vibrant lemon citrus finish.
