Medium tannins allow this wine to drink well over the next 3 to 4 years. Good fruit in the mouth and nose, which gives it a long, silky finish. The acid is balanced with lush fruit and there is an abundance of new oak in the nose. Open one hour before drinking to give the fruit and oak an opportunity to develop. It would pair quite well with a roast duck, barbecued lamb or even a hearty pasta dish.
