HELP WITH THE DECORATIONS

Returns are allowed on current Department 56 items. However the return must be made within 10 days of receipt and must be approved before return will be accepted.

All sales are final on ALL Retired Department 56, Christopher Radko, Joy to The World, and any SALE item.

If a return is accepted there will be a 15% restocking fee on any item that is returned. We DO NOT refund any shipping! The returning item(s) MUST be in original packing unopened and in NEW condition

If return is sent back without authurization the package will be refused. Returns that are accepted will be given a return code.
