Tasting Notes:Aromas of vanilla bean, Bosq pear, Queen Ann cherries and strong minerality. Big sweet attack with vibrant balancing acidity. Medium to Full-bodied throughout, but with great roundness, almost spherical on the mid-palate, showing great expansiveness and mouth-filling presence. The flavor profile mirrors the nose, with the pear notes heavily accented by spiciness and the cherry taking on a strongly fleshy character. The acidity keeps the wine moving nicely through the mid-palate and finish, which is very long and delineated; terrific retro-nasal persistence.
